Job summary

Sysco GB is seeking a Merchandising Co-ordinator in Ashford on a 12 month maternity cover contract. The role focuses on accurate data handling, vendor and product setup, and price changes within a data‑driven environment.

You will work in a hybrid role with at least one day per week in Ashford Head Office, liaising with multiple departments and using SAP and Excel to maintain high data quality and support merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent work ethic, strong organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with data within fast-paced environments is desirable.
• Ability to identify inaccurate data and challenge it with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data maintenance for vendors, products, pricing and promotions on SAP.
• Perform data checks ahead of setup and ensure timely implementation of changes.
• Interface with multiple departments to plan and execute data activities.
• Conduct ongoing data checks and maintenance for audit purposes.
• Resolve supplier invoice queries and related documents.
