Henderson Brown Recruitment is partnering with a major fresh produce business to appoint a Junior Account Manager for a UK grocery account. The role combines data ownership with commercial storytelling to steer sales, margins, forecast, and strategic planning.

Based mainly in Lincolnshire, the role offers a hybrid 4 days in the office and 1 from home, or 3 in office/1 in store/1 from home, with a salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus up to 10% bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fresh produce or customer-facing commercial/account experience preferred.
• Strong numeracy and ability to turn data into insights for decisions.
• Early-career candidates encouraged; growth potential within the role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the account, including orders, forecasts and customer updates.
• Maintain pricing records and monitor weekly sales and margin against forecasts.
• Analyse sales and market data to build gap analyses, opportunities and risks.
• Turn data into clear insight and presentations for customer meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning and technical teams to protect availability and reduce waste.
• Support store visits, audits, and new product introductions.
