Henderson Brown Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Manager - Fresh Produce in Cambridgeshire. You will lead the day-to-day commercial relationship with a major UK grocery account that is growing rapidly and help develop a second large retail account.

This role requires close collaboration with buyers, planning, supply chain and operations to ensure availability, strong performance and on-time delivery. A competitive salary with a 10% bonus awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK grocery customers, ideally in fresh produce or FMCG.
• Comfort with data and analytics to drive account decisions.
• Ability to own and lead an account with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day commercial relations with the customer, building strong relationships with buyers and wider stakeholders.
• Manage pricing, promotions, product setup and account reporting.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain and operations to ensure availability and service keeps up with growth.
• Support the development of a second major retail account alongside the lead account.
