Pharmaron in the UK seeks an Engineering Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of Engineering and Facilities services at the Rushden site, ensuring reliable operations and future growth. You will transform the site through asset lifecycle management, capital project delivery, energy optimisation and data-driven facilities governance, while adhering to GxP, EHS and regulatory standards.

• Significant experience leading Engineering or Facilities operations in a regulated, technical environment.
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent safety qualification.
• Knowledge of GxP, GMP, CSV, and validated systems environments.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects and supplier spend.
• Strong contractor management and EHS/compliance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Rushden Facilities function to deliver safe, compliant, reliable and customer-focused Engineering and Facilities services that support site operations and future business growth.
• Drive transformation of the Rushden site into a modern, resilient and efficient facility through structured improvement plans and capital projects.
• Own and develop the site asset management strategy, ensuring maintenance of critical plant, utilities and building fabric.
• Ensure all facilities activities comply with legislation, EHS requirements, Pharmaron standards and permits.
• Lead the effective use of CMMS, ensuring maintenance, asset records and inspection readiness.
• Use data and KPIs to improve reliability, reduce failures and inform decisions.
