Job summary

Innovate UK is seeking a Delivery Operations Lead for Business Growth on a maternity cover. You will manage the service portfolio, drive CRM/data reporting, and line-manage a small team to deliver impact across UKRI partnerships.

You will liaise with IT, governance and external partners to ensure effective data handling, analytics, and performance improvements, while travelling across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Educated to undergraduate degree level or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in programmes management, stakeholder engagement and delivery.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day portfolio management for the Business Growth service.
• Oversee CRM data management and produce timely reporting for EMT and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Delivery Operations team to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with IT, governance and external partners to align delivery.
