Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse quality data and identify meaningful trends.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience of corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Effective cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse defect, rework, customer return and complaint data to identify trends.
• Lead root cause investigations into recurring quality problems.
• Own and progress continuous improvement projects.
• Lead the fortnightly continuous improvement activity and keep actions moving.
• Work with Production, Technical and Supply Chain teams to implement improvements.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects, rework and warranty issues.
• Support and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Review audit findings, identify repeat issues and drive improvements.Produce quality reports and communicate trends, risks and actions to management.
• Support quality planning and improvements across the production process.
