Superdry PLC is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to provide proactive support to the Merchandiser and Junior Merchandisers. You will help plan Clearance packages and prepare stock to support decision making, analysing retail stock and sales data to maximise sales and maintain a clean stock profile.

You will be a strong Excel user with keen numeracy, capable of managing multiple projects to tight deadlines, and based within commuting distance of Cheltenham or prepared to relocate.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Clear communication and influencing at all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintain historical data libraries to support trend analysis.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Merchandiser.
• Update and maintain stock profiles and identify actions.
• Analyse weekly trade and propose actions to drive performance.
• Support and develop Merchandising Administration Assistants.
• Liaise with Clearance partners and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate across functions for invoicing and logistics queries.
