Job summary

Superdry is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support the Merchandiser and Junior Merchandisers, planning clearance packages and stock preparation to inform decision making.

The role involves analysing retail stock and sales data to maximise sales while maintaining a clean stock profile. You will work closely with clearance partners, drive weekly actions, and develop junior colleagues in merchandising administration.

Qualifications

• Currently working as an Assistant Merchandiser, ideally with experience at a large fashion retailer.
• Confident communicator with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong numeracy and data skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of data in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive library of historical data to support trend analysis.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Merchandiser.
• Update and maintain stock profile and identify actions.
• Analyse weekly trade and propose actions to drive performance.
• Support and develop the Merchandising Administration Assistants.
• Liaise with clearance partners and ensure clear communication.
• Work across functions to handle invoicing or logistic queries.
