Weird Fish Clothing seeks an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team at the Head Office in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. The role focuses on planning allocations, analysing data, and managing relationships with partners to maximise profit and optimise stock across the business.

You will be highly organised with strong Excel skills, capable of weekly reporting, markdowns, and promotions. The position offers hybrid working options within a collaborative retail team.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse and interpret data with strong data integrity and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excellent Excel skills
• Very organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload under tight deadlines
• Proactive and self driven in learning new skills and processes
• Ability to develop relationships with internal & external teams
• Ability to participate in internal meetings to engage with Weird Fish team
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Planning allocation strategies in line with stock and availability/launch requirements.
• Analyse data to gain insights and make recommendations aligned with the trading plan.
• Manage relationships with key partners and optimise stock to maximise profit.
• Support markdowns, promotions, and related analysis.
• Support our Retail estate with weekly meetings and reporting.
• Monitor and optimise stock holdings in line with company strategy.
• Support logistics from origin to distribution centre and provide key findings to merchandising.
