Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc, a dynamic ladieswear retailer in London, seeks an Assistant Merchandiser to help drive stock performance and maximise sales across multiple categories. You will work closely with Buying, Merchandising and cross-functional teams to learn every stage of the product lifecycle and develop your merchandising career.

You will support planning and trading for your department, manage allocations, forecast demand, oversee markdowns and promotions, and maintain KPI reports,

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience within a retail environment.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven insights.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and trade your department to maximise sales and profitability.
• Assist in managing allocations and forecasting demand.
• Oversee markdowns and promotions and maintain KPI reports.
