Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) is seeking a Band 3 Administrator to join the Wirral Mental Health Support Team (MHST). This part-time role focuses on data collection, evaluation, reporting, and efficient administration to support school-based mental health initiatives.

You will handle referrals, letters, and group information, with some home-working and a requirement to work in the office part of the week.

Qualifications

• Evidence of good typing skills e.g. RSA 111/NVQ Level III in an admin related subject or equivalent
• Educated to an appropriate standard of English Language to undertake the job role
• ECDL

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection, evaluation methods, data analysis and reporting cycles.
• Support processing referrals, sending appointment and clinic letters, and collating information for groups.
• Assist with procurement and petty cash management; support meetings.
