Job summary

Rapid Repair Network is seeking an Account Executive to join the Account Management team in Minstead, Hampshire. The role focuses on preparing and analysing monthly performance information, monitoring account activity, and identifying trends, concerns and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience or graduate preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to analyse data and identify trends, issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and distribute monthly client performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs, referral volumes and account performance.
• Identify trends, changes, concerns and opportunities within account data.
• Support the day-to-day management of smaller and developing client accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with client queries, operational issues and escalations.
• Support meeting preparation, client meetings, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Monitor AI utilisation across accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Produce MI and analysis to demonstrate performance, usage and potential benefits for clients.
• Maintain accurate account records, reporting schedules and action trackers.
