Job summary

Rapid Repair Network is seeking an Account Executive to join the Account Management team. The role focuses on preparing and analysing monthly performance data, monitoring client activity and spotting trends to support a portfolio of client accounts.

Some travel and flexible hours are required. You will work with the Account Management and Commercial Operations teams to maintain strong client relationships and ensure account issues are addressed as they arise.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good Excel and data-handling skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and distribute monthly client performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs, referral volumes and account performance.
• Identify trends, changes, concerns and opportunities within account data.
• Support day-to-day management of smaller and developing client accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with client queries, operational issues and escalations.
• Support meeting preparation, client meetings, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Monitor AI utilisation across accounts and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Produce MI and analysis to demonstrate performance, usage and benefits for clients.
• Maintain accurate account records, reporting schedules and action trackers.
