bet365 is seeking a Data Distribution Team Leader to mentor engineers and deliver dashboards, reports and data extracts across the organisation. You'll manage sprint deliveries, guide an engineering team modernising our data landscape using BigQuery, GCP, Looker, Airflow and SQL Server, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work from home policy, with a strong emphasis on governance and quality data

Qualifications

• Experience with BigQuery, GCP, Looker, Airflow and SQL Server.
• Experience leading Agile teams and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong database design knowledge with ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple large-scale projects.
• Prioritization, delivery and efficiency in a high throughput environment.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Collaborative leadership focused on coaching and team development.
• Gaming industry experience would be advantageous.
