Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive the data programme across London, Staines and Salford hybrid roles. You will lead complex data initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure governance and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong experience in data and analytics, cloud data environments, and the ability to communicate delivery status to senior stakeholders. Hybrid working with in‑person collaboration 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in delivery, project or programme management.
• Background in data and analytics programmes is essential.
• Proven experience managing RAID processes, governance forums and executive stakeholder reporting.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and managing delivery risks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple data-focused workstreams within the wider transformation programme.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management and governance reporting.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, including Steering Committee packs and programme updates.
• Collaborate with data, architecture, engineering, analytics and business teams to deliver outcomes.
• Drive data quality, master data management and enterprise data governance.
