Bupa is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive the data programme across London, Staines and Salford hybrid roles. You will lead complex data initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure governance and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Working within UK Insurance Transformation, you will lead projects and workstreams spanning cloud migration, data governance, AI enablement, customer data, analytics and strategic tooling. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver high-quality data solutions that improve decision‑making, strengthen governance and support regulatory compliance. This role is ideally suited to a delivery professional who combines strong project and programme leadership experience with a solid understanding of modern data environments, governance frameworks and analytics ecosystems.
