Qualifications

• Experience delivering data initiatives, programmes or data products.
• Proven ability to work with Data, Engineering and Product teams.
• Experience managing multi-team technology and data deliveries.
• Knowledge of data platforms and Data Lakes; Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver data initiatives across programmes, projects and/or data products.
• Manage dependencies, blockers, risks and competing priorities.
• Facilitate cross-team planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and roadmap sessions.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority and build consensus.
• Partner with Product Managers on roadmap and release planning.
• Translate data strategy into actionable delivery plans.
• Improve delivery ways of working with Engineering Managers.
• Track delivery health and KPIs against objectives.
• Identify improvements to delivery processes and drive transformation.
