Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager - Data to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex data and technology initiatives within the Technology portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders, and ensure timely, secure production deployments.

The role requires strong Agile delivery expertise, excellent communication, and a proven track record of managing dependencies and risks across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Technology portfolio.
• Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while aligning with business priorities.
• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps across engineering groups.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams, ensuring production readiness and successful deployments.
• Track project health through metrics and reporting to leadership and steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, governance, and Agile ways of working.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements.
