Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. seeks a high-calibre Programme Manager to lead our Data team’s cross-location delivery. You will drive governance, strategy and execution across multiple data-related programmes, coordinating project managers, business analysts and contingent resources.

You will own delivery strategy, budgeting, risk management and benefits realisation, working closely with Product and SMEs in planning, forecasting and change control. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience leading multi-location delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution within the programme and oversee product roadmap adoption plans.
• Lead governance, committees and reporting across KPI/OKR governance and benefits realisation.
• Mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters and PMOs and balance workloads.
• Collaborate with Product and SMEs on annual planning and intake of new work.
• Establish controls, quality assurance and change management per framework.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to establish dashboards and reports for delivery health and KPIs.
• Partner with global Programme Managers to evolve the delivery discipline.
