The Role

As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring data accuracy from asset surveys
• Cross-referencing survey data with current databases
• Identifying changes or missing assets
• Defining common descriptions for sub-assets
• Reviewing and identifying missing maintenance tasks
• Reporting progress and trends from surveys
• Maintaining efficient data validation and reporting processes

The Candidate

The ideal Data Coordinator will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Experience in data capture and input
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Experience communicating with stakeholders
• A full UK driving licence and ability to travel
• Ability to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks
