We are a specialist sustainability consultancy working with leading telecommunication companies worldwide. As a family-owned, rapidly growing company with over 400% growth in the last three years, we provide sustainability solutions addressing climate change and workers’ rights for some of the largest global corporations. We are seeking a proactive, motivated individual to join our team for a varied and hands-on role.
The position involves working closely within a team in the global telecoms and electronics sectors. You will provide remote client support by managing the international administration of supplier sustainability audit processes and reporting. This is primarily an administration and customer liaison role; prior experience with the audit process is not required, but data analysis skills are essential.
We seek a flexible, motivated team player to develop within our existing operations support team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our IT team to enhance and support technology that enables our business processes.
After training, you will become a key member of the Operations Team, handling UK and international telecommunications clients and their global supply chains. The role focuses on two main areas: Customer Service and Data Analysis.
This is a predominantly home-based role with occasional travel for team or management meetings. It is a part-time position requiring flexible hours over five days, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and occasional paid overtime.
Future opportunities may include involvement in strategic consulting and analysis for global sustainability initiatives as new projects launch.
