Job description

Join our client's dynamic team as a Data Coordinator in the Retail/Fashion industry. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and optimise key data, working collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure smooth data processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V-lookups.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create brand style buy plans from seasonal collection booklets, including details like style code, description, colour, image, fabric, and supplier.
  2. Develop style SKU templates and upload to SAP.
  3. Assign category size ratios post-order confirmation.
  4. Raise and maintain SAP purchase orders.
  5. Update reports such as Free to Sell and shipping summaries.
  6. Ensure data integrity in SAP through regular checks.
  7. Create and maintain key performance reports.
  8. Upload seasonal product data to sales platforms like NuOrder.
  9. Manage product copy on e-commerce platforms.
  10. Implement seasonal collection changes in SAP.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Intermediate Excel Skills: Proficiency in formulas, functions, charts, tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and pivot tables.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in data management.
  • Organisational Skills & Time Management: Follow critical paths to meet deadlines.
