Job summary

Hyra is seeking a Data Controls & Analytics Manager in London to lead reporting, automation, and data governance initiatives. The role blends hands-on analytics with strategic oversight, partnering with stakeholders to drive better decision-making while ensuring BCBS 239 principles are adhered to.

You will design and enhance reporting using Alteryx and Power BI, improve data quality, and embed strong controls across data flows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Alteryx development and analytics.
• Advanced Power BI development and reporting.

• Experience in Financial Services/regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance reporting and automation with Alteryx and Power BI.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Support BCBS 239 implementation and adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and controls.
• Govern and document critical reporting solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end data flows and recommend improvements.
• Drive best practice across data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Act as trusted advisor on data risks and reporting requirements.
