Job summary

RSM UK in London is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Power BI reporting and analytics delivery within the Business Transformation team. You will shape data strategies, deliver dashboards, and work directly with senior client stakeholders to translate business questions into trusted insights.

You will manage day‑to‑day delivery, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to proposals while upholding RSM's standards of excellence and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI expertise with end‑to‑end builds (data modelling, DAX, Power Query).
• Excellent SQL and data lifecycle understanding (ETL/ELT, modelling, visualisation).
• Proven experience delivering BI analytics projects for business stakeholders.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring juniors.
• Ability to run client workshops and translate questions into insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to contribute to business development and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of Power BI engagements, owning quality, timelines and budget.
• Design and build high‑quality Power BI solutions with robust data models and intuitive dashboards.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture needs and shape reporting roadmaps.
• Set technical standards for Power BI across the team and develop reusable templates.
• Support business development through proposals, scoping and client presentations.
• Coach and develop consultants and analysts across the wider team.
• Ensure data foundations and operating model design precede tooling to deliver trusted solutions.
