Job summary

Graitec Group is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist (Data Connect) to drive new business and adoption across Autodesk Cloud Tools and GraitecConnect solutions. You will act as the sales SME for data integration, automation, and connected workflows, with a focus on ACV targets and expansion opportunities.

The role requires 2+ years in AEC/BIM software sales, comfort across UK/FR/ES/DE markets, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AEC/BIM/Construction tech solution selling.
• Comfortable selling across UK/FR/ES/DE markets and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong consulting and discovery capabilities, able to articulate business value of tech.
• Solid pipeline management and CRM hygiene to drive expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned ACV targets for Data Connect.
• Identify and drive opportunities in the installed base with TAMs/SAMs.
• Educate customers on Graitec solutions and connect requirements to Product/Tech teams.
• Support post‑sale adoption and expansion paths.
• Represent Data Connect at events, workshops, and webinars; travel to meet clients across Europe.
