Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Data Collection Officer to join our Data Team, gathering, analysing and maintaining data to support our EDI Strategy. You will use SQL to query, validate and prepare data, helping to turn information into useful insight while ensuring data accuracy and security.

This hybrid position is a 12 month fixed-term contract and requires at least two days per week in the office, with opportunities for balanced remote working.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early data career with interest in collecting, compiling and analysing data.
• Understanding of SQL or willingness to develop SQL skills.
• Comfortable maintaining accurate records and working with databases.
• Understanding of data protection, quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and maintain data to support Housing Solutions EDI Strategy.
• Use SQL to query, validate and prepare data for reporting and insight.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across the organisation.
• Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and enable reliable reporting.
