You will work on data cleansing, complex SQL-based reporting, and data mapping between systems, contributing to continuous service improvement and the Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyse significant datasets to identify data quality issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data cleansing across housing systems and NEC.
• Design and build complex reports from SQL data sources for strategic and operational use.
• Create tailored reporting for housing services.
• Carry out root cause analysis and resolve data issues.
• Support regulatory returns by identifying datasets and producing reports.
• Map and reconcile information shared between systems for data flows.
• Present data reviews and findings to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to system improvement projects and the Digital Strategy.
