Job summary

Uptime Education is expanding its curriculum development team. The Technical Developer will design, develop, and enhance training materials, qualifications, and programs within the Uptime Education framework, translating complex technical concepts into engaging content.

They will work with data centre and network cabling technologies, collaborate across global time zones, and continually improve training processes and resources to meet industry standards and client needs.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in the data centre environment (operations, design, engineering, cabling, or related fields).
Exposure to education, instructional design, or technical writing.

Responsibilities

Develop new training materials for the data centre and network cabling industry.
Create bespoke training content tailored to customer requirements.
Design new programs and evolve the education framework.
Update and enhance existing programs, qualifications, and training resources.
Research emerging technologies and industry standards to keep content current.
Quality-assure training materials and instructor delivery to high standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure content excellence.
