Job summary

Uptime Institute is expanding its Uptime Education curriculum and seeks a Technical Developer to design, develop, and enhance training materials, qualifications, and programs within its framework for data centre and network cabling professionals.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, research industry trends, and translate complex technical concepts into engaging content, while contributing to program evolution, quality assurance, and global delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging training content.
Experience writing and organizing technical training material would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop new training materials for data centre and network cabling.
Create bespoke training content tailored to customer requirements.
Design new programs and contribute to evolution of the education framework.
Update and enhance existing programs, qualifications, and training resources.
Research emerging technologies, industry trends, standards and best practices.
Generate new ideas for future training offerings.
Quality-assure existing training materials and instructor delivery.
Improve training processes and development methodologies.
Write new qualifications and review/quality-assure existing qualifications.
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure content excellence.
Work with colleagues and customers worldwide, potentially across time zones.
