Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Security Manager to assume overall responsibility for physical security across the MSAI Scotland data centre campus. You will lead security operations, manage SIA-licensed guards, and oversee access control, CCTV and visitor management while coordinating with emergency services and senior management.

The role focuses on developing security procedures, incident response, and maintaining a strong security culture across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security operations across a campus or site.
• Ability to develop and maintain site security procedures and processes.
• Experience managing security personnel and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for physical security operations across the campus.
• Manage SIA-licensed security personnel and guarding contractors.
• Develop and maintain site security procedures, standards and operating processes.
• Oversee access control systems, badges, credentials and reviews.
• Operate CCTV and video surveillance systems and ensure monitoring/recording.
• Lead visitor management and vetting processes; ensure authorisations and identification.
• Coordinate with emergency services and authorities when required.
• Investigate security incidents and produce detailed reports and recommendations.
• Maintain records of security incidents, access activity and investigations.
• Ensure security systems are maintained and tested.
• Support design and operation of new security infrastructure.
