Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety / Compliance Officer to oversee the safe, compliant operation of the MSAI Scotland data centre campus in Dundee. You will manage the site's HSMS, risk assessments, RAMS and Permit to Work, and contribute to audits and incident investigations.

You will work with Facilities, Engineering and Security teams to embed safe working practices, track actions, maintain records and drive continuous improvement in safety culture across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining a Health & Safety management system.
• Ability to review risk assessments, RAMS and permits.
• Knowledge of UK H&S regulations and CDM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site's Health & Safety management system.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Review contractor RAMS and permit-to-work documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate H&S training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain records and dashboards for H&S performance.
