Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a dynamic Data Centre Manager (Site Lead) to oversee operations, maintenance and security of a state-of-the-art data centre facility. You will lead performance, reliability and safe working practices while driving continuous improvement.

You will manage a technical team, coordinate incident response, ensure ITIL-aligned security, disaster recovery readiness, and oversee network infrastructure including Cisco, VMware, SQL, Azure/AWS and VPN solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data centre operations and security.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate incident response.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with network infrastructure and virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily data centre operations across server, network and systems engineering.
• Oversee hardware, software, network issue support and DR procedures.
• Manage and mentor technical staff on security protocols and projects.
• Monitor performance with tools like SolarWinds and vSphere; optimize systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Plan capacity and drive efficiency to meet organisational goals.
