Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Data Centres in the UK & Ireland, with a base in the London area. You will coordinate and deliver HVAC data centre projects on time and within budget, overseeing from initiation to commissioning and working closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales and customer service teams.

You will lead detailed scheduling, risk management, client meetings and vendor coordination, and travel to sites as required to ensure technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience leading and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems or data centres is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project development from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, sales and service teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Meet clients to gather requirements and confirm feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and manage changes.
• Track budgets and ensure costs stay within limits.
• Travel to client meetings and data centre sites as required.
