Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is recruiting for a Senior Cost Manager / Associate Cost Manager (MEP) to join the UK DC team. The role combines strategic commercial advice, procurement optimisation and cost planning across large Data Centre projects in the UK and Europe.

You will liaise with clients, lead procurement strategies, manage contracts and drive commercial excellence while supporting career progression within RLB’s collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• MRICS or equivalent
• Experience delivering CSA/MEP packages for Data Centre projects
• Pre and post contract quantity surveying experience
• Stakeholder management and client account development

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Data Centre projects across UK & Europe
• Manage project performance and outcomes
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to work winning
• Line management and career development of team members
• Coordinate with clients and external consultants through project stages
