Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Multi Skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee the safe operation of equipment and services within a critical environment in London. You will lead a team of engineers and ensure maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include supervising day and night engineers, prioritising planned maintenance, and ensuring tasks meet KPIs. This role requires relevant electrical and safety qualifications and willingness to join a call-out rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team of engineers in a critical environment.
• Ability to prioritise planned maintenance and statutory tasks.
• Experience recording works and managing safety compliance.
• Willingness to participate in a call-out rota and meet DV clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of equipment and services.
• Supervise day and shift engineers; provide guidance and support.
• Ensure planned maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Prioritise statutory tasks while meeting reactive priorities.
• Monitor KPIs to meet contractual maintenance and installation requirements.
