Data Centre Days Only HVAC Engineer - Multi Skilled / Electrical / Mechanical Biased

Basic Salary £50,000+ Annual Bonus, etc

Working for a privately owned company with a healthy portfolio of financial investors has allowed them to expand their presence within the data hosting industry. This financial strength has also helped them to deliver projects of any scale here in the UK and internationally, which allows them to compete with much larger organisations. Working directly for the owner of the Data Centre, you will be offered a clean, state-of-the-art, and friendly environment to work in, based in North London. The role will offer you career stability and progression within a rapidly expanding and career-proofing industry. The brand new state-of-the-art N+1 site has the provision to expand to 150MW, ensuring longevity for the future.

As part of their investment in people, they offer an excellent training program for their staff, spending on average £10k on training courses for new starters. You will need to be an experienced HVAC, Building Services Maintenance and Operations sector with all-around HVAC maintenance experience who is proactive and methodical in their approach to their work. Previous experience of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning Units (CRAC), Split A/C, HVAC plants, cooling towers, water leak detection systems, single and 3-phase power and distribution, BMS monitoring, pumps, motors, valves, fire alarm systems, and all general electrical and mechanical.

Engineers will need to be keen, a good cultural fit in terms of getting wth the existing team, technically orientated with an appetite to learn more have good hands-on maintenance experience. You will need to have a minimum of City & Guilds qualifications or an apprenticeship a Ideally, it would be advantageous to have previous Critical Environment experience but not essential. You should also be able to work well within a team or on your own with minimal supervision.
