Position: Data Centre Days Only HVAC Engineer - Multi Skilled / Electrical / Mechanical Biased

Location: NW London

Salary: Basic Salary £50,000+ with Annual Bonus and benefits

They deliver projects both in the UK and internationally, competing with larger organizations. Working directly for the Data Centre owner, you'll enjoy a modern, friendly, and stable work environment based in North London. The new state-of-the-art site has a capacity to expand to 150MW, ensuring long-term stability.

The company values its staff and invests heavily in training, spending around £10k per new starter on courses. They aim to develop a professional engineering environment with skilled 'fixers'.

Your role involves comprehensive HVAC, Building Services Maintenance, and Operations experience, including:

  • Air Conditioning Units (CRAC), Split A/C, HVAC plants, cooling towers
  • Water leak detection systems, single and 3-phase power, BMS monitoring
  • Pumps, motors, valves, fire alarm systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance

You should be proactive, methodical, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications, and previous experience in Critical Environments is a plus but not essential. Ability to work independently or within a team is required.
