Want to feel an important, valued part of a company?

Looking to future-proof your career in a rapidly expanding sector?

Receive investment through training and career progression?

Working for a privately owned company with a strong financial backing, they have expanded within the data hosting industry, delivering projects both in the UK and internationally. You will work directly for the Data Centre owner in a state-of-the-art, friendly environment in North London, with opportunities for career stability and progression in a growing industry. The new N+1 site has the potential to expand to 150MW, ensuring future longevity.

The company values its staff highly, investing in training (averaging £10k per new starter) and fostering a team-oriented environment. They seek ambitious individuals interested in career development, not just high salaries.

For this role, you need extensive HVAC and Building Services Maintenance experience, proactive and methodical in your approach. Experience should include maintenance of Air Conditioning Units (CRAC), Split A/C, HVAC plants, cooling towers, leak detection systems, electrical systems (single and 3-phase), BMS, pumps, motors, valves, fire alarm systems, and general electrical and mechanical tasks.

Candidates should be eager, culturally fitting, technically skilled, and willing to learn. A minimum of City & Guilds qualifications or an apprenticeship is required. Previous critical environment experience is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work independently or within a team is necessary.
