Job summary

Equans Data Centres is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to support a Data Centre project in Motherwell. The role provides expert guidance to project teams, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a proactive safety culture across data centre projects.

The successful candidate will lead audits, RAMS, and safety training, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and CDM regulations while collaborating with site leadership and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and standards.
• Experience with CDM Regulations, HSG65 and ISO 45001.
• Ability to lead safety audits and RAMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with the company Management System.
• Influence site management on best practice and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out audits, inspections and RAMS to support project teams.
