Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Health & Safety professional to provide expert HSQE guidance on data centre projects. You will enforce CDM compliance, develop safety plans, and monitor site welfare and regulatory duties across multiple contracts.

Ideal candidates hold NEBOSH General Certificate, strong MS Office/SharePoint skills, and a track record of safe, collaborative delivery in construction environments.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety as a minimum.
• Knowledge of HSQE systems and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion and diplomacy.
• Ability to build strong relationships across internal, client and supplier teams.
• Proven problem-solving skills to resolve complex safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HSQE knowledge to enable CDM compliance on design-build-maintain projects.
• Develop and monitor health and safety plans across data centre works.
• Complete regular compliance evaluations, audits and reporting outputs.
• Support subcontractors to meet site HSQE requirements and welfare provisions.
• Assist in maintaining ISO accreditations and producing performance reports.
