Qualifications

• Dynamic DataCentre Hardware Engineer who can manage workload.
• Experience working in highly complex data centres.
• Ability to implement changes outside of core hours.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned Service Requests and Incidents.
• Work within an ITIL framework to reduce incidents.
• Review workload to drive efficiency and automation.
• Ensure documentation/runbooks are kept up to date.
• Expected to visit primary data centres weekly.
