Qualifications

• Aptitude for trouble‑shooting and problem‑solving complex issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Detailed understanding of Change Management processes and procedures.
• Ability to follow procedures system documentation and track issues through a Service Desk Ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting all site/plant equipment support systems.
• Managing sub-contracted resources to deliver quality service.
