Qualifications
Aptitude for trouble‑shooting and problem‑solving complex issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Detailed understanding of Change Management processes and procedures.
Ability to follow procedures system documentation and track issues through a Service Desk Ticketing system.
Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment and systems.
Monitoring and troubleshooting all site/plant equipment support systems.
Managing sub-contracted resources to deliver quality service.
