Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer to manage testing regimes across Corsham and Farnborough data centre environments. You will drive preparations, verification, and reporting while upholding zero-downtime standards.

The role requires Level 3 NVQ and City & Guilds PI Testing (2391-51/52), 2+ years in critical facilities, and SC clearance readiness. Expect structured shifts with dual-site travel and strong site support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma or equivalent
• Approved Level 3 PI Testing (2391-51/52) or willing to work towards
• Current City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) and amendments

Responsibilities

• Prepare extensive pre-test surveys and safe isolation/testing plans.
• Perform initial verification and periodic EICRs across complex electrical infrastructure without service disruption.
• Adhere to safe systems of work mandated by site leadership.
• Produce detailed, compliant electrical condition reports using asset software.
