Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer to manage testing regimes across Corsham and Farnborough. You will oversee pre-test surveys, isolation planning, and safety documentation to protect critical environments where zero downtime is essential.

Role requires thorough experience in testing/inspection, adherence to regulations, and the ability to operate across dual sites with strict safety controls. Security clearance (SC) is mandatory or attainable.

Qualifications

• Core qualifications aligned with EAS for electrical inspectors.
• Experience: minimum 2 years verifiable testing/inspection experience.
• Regulations: City & Guilds 2382 and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed pre-test surveys and safe isolation/testing plans.
• Perform EICRs and testing without disruption to services.
• Work within safe systems of work per site governance.
• Produce detailed, compliant electrical condition reports.
