Qualificações

• Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s or BEng Honours degree in electrical or power systems engineering, or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Experience in data centre and mission critical design in the UK and Europe.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution topologies for data centres and mission critical design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical SLDs.
• Experience with supporting and coordinating all aspects of project delivery (electrical bias). Involves digital design innovation.

Responsabilidades

• HV and LV power system design and specification for data centres and mission critical facilities.
• Develop conceptual through to detailed designs of electrical systems.
• Produce electrical calculations, schedules, and specifications.
• Technically evaluate OEM/contractor equipment.
• Attend factory and site acceptance testing.
• Support on-site commissioning activities.
• Coordinate power system designs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Model power systems using ETAP; generate technical reports.
• Design electrical building services (lighting, containment, fire detection, etc.).
• Mentor and support the electrical team; manage project risks and scope.
