Job summary

We are recruiting an experienced EHS Advisor to join a major data centre construction project in Blyth, United Kingdom. You will support the safe delivery of the project by implementing EHS standards, advising site teams, and ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.

Working closely with project management, construction managers, subcontractors, and site personnel, you will lead safety inspections, RAMS reviews, and events, while promoting a proactive safety culture and

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety or related discipline.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent safety qualifications desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to engage site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of EHS policies across the project lifecycle.
• Carry out site inspections, safety audits and RAMS reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor activities for safety compliance.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver site inductions and safety briefings to crews.
• Maintain EHS documentation and safety reports.
• Attend safety and project meetings and report on metrics.
