Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a focused CSA Leader to deliver all CSA activities on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects. You will lead from design through to completion, coordinating with Client, Design Teams and Project Management to ensure alignment on scope, quality and programme.

The role requires strong leadership in CSA, robust budgeting abilities, and a proactive approach to health & safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in CSA on large data centre or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing for CSA works.
• Effective coordination across design teams, project management, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CSA delivery from design to completion.
• Manage budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and performance.
• Set up CSA activities, reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management for scope and programme alignment.
• Maintain client satisfaction with clear progress updates on cost and delivery milestones.
• Promote health & safety compliance and a strong safety culture.
• Drive quality and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams for programme alignment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion.
• Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance.
• Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset.
• Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme.
• Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones.
• Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all statutory and company requirements.
• Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring that project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.
• Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments.
