Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree or higher in Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering major construction projects in live/critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, CDM regulations and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction activities across the project lifecycle to meet programme, cost and quality targets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and support delivery through design and construction stages.
• Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors; lead meetings and ensure effective communications.
