Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience in a data centre, critical environment or technical facilities setting.
• Knowledge of permits, RAMS and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily delivery of engineering and maintenance services.
• Lead and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
• Allocate planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient and high quality.
• Oversee permits, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Manage subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor planned preventive maintenance and fault investigations.
• Attend client meetings and provide updates.
