Job summary

Clear. in London is seeking an experienced BMS Sales Manager to own the development of data centre BMS opportunities, building relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors to win new business.

You will manage a solid sales pipeline, prepare proposals, interpret specifications and collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver winning solutions and grow existing accounts. Competitive salary with bonus, car/allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of BMS and controls.
• Experience generating new business.
• Ability to understand specifications and develop BMS solutions.
• Confident dealing with clients and senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new BMS business within the Data Centre sector.
• Build relationships with key clients, consultants and contractors.
• Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Interpret specifications and produce BMS points lists.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams.
• Manage selected existing accounts.
• Attend client meetings and industry events.
